turned 26 today — well, yesterday, on 29 April. Nicole said, “You’re now officially in your late 20s.” I don’t mind it too much at all; it’s actually nice growing older. I had a nice relaxing day overall today. Nicole and I went to lunch, and we also ended up getting a pizza for dinner, but otherwise I just chilled out much of the day. Even got the car washed. Two classes finished, slain, perfectae res, one left to go (read: one 20-page paper), along with the Latin translation exam next Friday (don’t remind me!). then administering graded finals (hmm, prolepsis doesn’t work too well in English, ye sinkers of submerged ships!).         These days my entries have been more fractured and less focused. Such is life. I do what I can to give a glimpse into my life, a snapshot if possible. I hope you enjoy it nonetheless.

talk to me if you'd like to know something about me, or keep reading. I'm still a poor grad student and working on my PhD. I don't really know whether this will become a book anymore, but it's not wholly improbable.
